During my recent stay at The Langham, I was truly impressed by the luxurious ambiance that surrounded me. From the full marble surfaces to the elegant white wooden panels and gold accents, the hotel exuded a sense of opulence. The high ground location offered breathtaking cityscape views of Jakarta, especially the Senayan and SCBD areas. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They even took the time to personalize our room for our wedding anniversary, adding special touches like pink balloons, petals on the bathtub, and delicious treats. The Sky Pool, with its infinity view of the sky, was a highlight of our stay, and the outdoor pool with its charming garden provided great photo opportunities.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. the hotel lacked sufficient signage, making it difficult to find the parking area and the way to the outdoor pool.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices for such a central location in District 8. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The rooms even come with pink balloons, which adds a fun touch. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

The only minor issue was the lack of a rubber seal on the shower glass door, which caused water to leak onto the floor.

Our recent city break stay was made even more special thanks to the exceptional service we received. the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, even providing our little one with a teepee and teddy bear without us having to ask. We also appreciated the balloons left in our room. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and our room's style was to our liking.

We had some trouble with the hotel's service, especially when trying to find a taxi. Even though the staff was friendly, they weren't as helpful as we would have liked.

My stay at this hotel during Thanksgiving was amazing! the breakfast offered at the hotel was world-class; I couldn't get over how delicious everything was. The gym facilities were also top-notch, and I was able to have a good workout during my stay. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated in the center of the town, and I didn't have to go far to reach anything. I enjoyed my room's stunning view of the city. It was breathtaking!

I must say that the dining experience was not up to my expectations. I ordered fish and chips, and it came out quite soggy and dripping in oil.
